Sketchup Login Problems After Auto-renewal

My subscription auto-renewed yesterday, and I can’t open Sketchup. My account says my subscription is active on Sketchup’s website. I’ve sent an email to customer support, but they usually take a day to get back to you - anyone had a similar problem and know what steps to take?

Solved the problem - noticed I was still using 2022 on this computer and updated to 2024 and all is good :smile:
