SketchUp encountered an error with the license server.
I keep getting this message. I have tried multiple ways to connect. I know I am online. I know that no one else is running the license I am trying to activate. Is the server having issues?
Could this be related to your earlier VPN issues?
I don’t think so. I disconnected from the vpn and I still cannot connect.
I just tried contacting technical support and it won’t let me submit a request because it doesn’t recognize the license.
