Hi, I’m trying to import a 2D house layout into the Layout and when going into “Folder → send to layout” I can not select it as the “button” is desactived (in light grey). How can I react it?

Can you open LayOut directly?
Is your profile correct? Aare you really using 2020.0.362? Why don’t you download and install the last SketchUp 2020 release from sketchup.com/download/all and when you install it, remember to right click on the downloaded installer and choose run as administrator to make sure it gets installed correctly. After doing that, power your computer completely off and restart it. Then open SketchUp and try sending to LayOut.
