Sketchup has a bugsplat before opening


I’m having an issue with my PC at work where windows did a feature update and now Sketchup 2018 wont open nor will Layout 2018 open. It just gives me a bugsplat.

Can someone please help as this is setting me back at work.


I wonder if undoing your Windows update would solve the problem. Feel free to check out this tutorial here:

Send in the BugSplat! reports with some identifiable information so that the technical support can look up the report for you. (Such as your member name here, or Trimble ID etc.)
