hello there, my sketchup pro 2016 is not responding while changing the scale of plan imported from autoCAD. the file size is 230MB which is very low. I tried to reduce file size by purge unused materials, disabled all extensions, turning off shadow, changed the style but still the issue is same. whenever i scale the plan software hangs and i have to close it. again same problem occurs. please help me out.

No, it is not at all low. It might have millions of edges.
Why don’t you import your plan to the right scale? You can set the import unit in the import options.
