Sketchup GO hangs up frequently

I am new to SketchUp. I’m learning, but the process is harder than it should be because SketchUp Go hangs frequently. When it hangs, the only way I have been able to proceed is to close the browser and reopen the model. That often loses edits. The model is only 27 KB.

Do I have a setting wrong?

  • I use the Edge browser.
  • I’m on Windows 11 with all updates installed.
  • My PC is a Dell laptop with
    • Processor: Intel(R) Core™ Ultra 7 256V (2.20 GHz)
    • RAM: 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
    • Graphics card: Intel(R) Arc™ 140V GPU (8GB) (128 MB)

I don’t see anything in the model that ought to stall things. I would try a different browser and see what you get. Test with the same model in Chrome. The integrated GPU isn’t that great for 3D modeling but shouldn’t really be taxed by the model you’ve shared.
