We are experiencing an issue whereby a student uses the sign in with Microsoft button. The window pops up asking them to select their account. They click on their account. It says its re-directing to sign them in then they are left with the spinning logo. This works for my own account. Checked on our Filtering portal for any sort of blocks, but this has been allowed and doesn’t inspection the https traffic. This has been working in the last year. So any ideas?
Thanks for the post @barthorpec. I have seen that happen once before with Google but not with Microsoft. I’ll see if @Tori_SU has ever seen that before.
So turns out that this was actually an in house filtering issue. The method by which we determine whether there are components of a website being blocked by the filtering system, seem isn’t that reliable. When I looked to see if anything was being blocked the system said that everything was allowed through. I guess its not too granular then and clearly there was something still being blocked. By allowing the site through the filtering system for all users this has resolved the issue.
