Hi everyone, I have Sketchup 2025 launched with iCD 2025. The problem is I can’t run any energy simulations. whenever I start the simulation, it takes a few second and it appears “cancelling” and then “failed”. no additional message. The problem is not the files, I have tried many different cases. Any idea what should I do? I think the problem is the software or my system.
Probably best to speak to IES about it , I don’t know if many people here will be familiar with troubleshooting ICD.
Did it work in previous versions of sketchup?
I use an extension for sunshade studies which is/was not compatible with many/some versions of sketchup and i still have to use sketchup22 to keep it working.
So in case it did work in older versions of sketchup, i would suggest to keep the working version of sketchup installed as well, untill a solution is found.
