Hello. We are now getting the sign-in loop for our staff and students. Our domain is @springgrovesd.org. I did confirm that the domain for Sketchup has been added to the exception list in the browser. Also allowed third-party cookies. Any suggestions or thoughts?

Hi giped, thanks for the post and thanks for using the @ command to get my attention. I am happy to work with you to get you added to our database to help rule out any firewall issues on our end and if that is not the solution, we can work on troubleshooting until we have a solution.
First though, I will need confirmation on some things like if you are a k-12 school or if you are higher education. I could also use a link to your website if you have one. Can you tell me if you are higher education or not and link me a website? Once I have that we can get started on the process of adding you to our database.

By the time you see this post, you should be all set to go to deploy the app if you have not already done so. Just make sure not to skip any steps as you deploy the app as that will cause issues later on.
Hi @giped. I can confirm that everything is working on our end as it should be and that no typos were made as we entered the info into the database so it is odd that you are still seeing the error.
Can you confirm that the app was deployed via a super admin account? That step is easy to overlook and some users miss it.
@CaseyG What is the best way to confirm that. I was not the original person that would have deployed the app.
That is a good question! You would need to check with that person and ask them to check that they have the right account permissions on their end. I would not be able to tell you any specifics as I don’t know what your system looks like or who deployed the app. I can link you a video guide on how to deploy the app if you would like so you can pass it along to them if you want.
