I don`t know what to do anymore cause even when I try making simple groups the app crashes even though i have a rtx 4050, 32 ram and 1tb ssd. SketchUp used to work better in my last computer even though my current one is a better one… What can I do? It crashes ALL THE TIME.
Does this happen in a brand new file or are you working with an existing model? If the latter, share the file so we can see what you’ve got set up.
Did you install SketchUp correctly? That requires right clicking on the downloaded installer and selecting Run as administrator.
Where are you saving the file while working on it? To an internal drive? Or a cloud location like One Drive?
Are you sending in the Bug Splat reports with something that identifies they came from you?
Are the graphics drivers up to date? Don’t trust Windows to tell you that. Go to the graphics card’s manufactirer’s site and download their latest drivers to install.
