DXF export as 3D
and as 2D (a section)
Your model is just raw tagged geometry. It is recommended not to assign tags to raw geometry.
Also, orient the faces correctly, with the white facing outwards

Also make sure that you are using the latest maintenance release of SketchUp 2022, and that it is properly installed (don’t run it directly from the downloaded disk image file!).
