All the installation went correctly but when i select the scaling tool sketchup opens the bug splat window.
If someone can help me i will me very greatfull btw i´m using Sketchup pro 2017 in Windows 10

I see that the OP has Intel HD graphics. Strongly suggest looking for a graphic driver update from the computer manufacturer site for the affected computer.
We could delve further by better identifying the Intel graphic chipset, but as SU does load and open with current driver, there is a good chance a driver update will have even better OpenGL support.
