I have a new computer with a Windows operating system. Sketchup crashes every time I try to do something. The computer is new with very high-end technical specifications, a powerful graphics card with high performance, according to the data of the computer I bought it should have no problem running Sketchup at all. I have a problem every time I try to click and perform an action in Sketchup it just hangs for a certain time.
In principle, the problem was the large number of chairs I put in the program. But this should not affect my computer so much that it will not work, is there a solution? Because from the computer’s point of view, it should not have a problem. I have to model and I simply cannot add the chairs
Thank you very much for the answers
Exactly what are those specifications?
What is that graphics card? You answered that question as “1” in your forum profile.
You also indicate you have a classic license for SketchUp but there is no classic license for SketchUp 2025. Is it a cr acked version you are using?
That doesn’t mean SketchUp is crashing.
It is entirely possible that all of these components you’ve added are slowing down your computer.

Are these 3D chairs from a manufacturer?
I can very easily imagine they are wholely unsuitable for SketchUp, is SketchUp crashing or is it working.
If those chairs are highly detailed, then they will take a lot of time to load. SketchUp isn’t very good at this kind of geometry - it’s designed for making block shaped architecture.
