Hi,
I was working on a model for a client, and Sketchup crashed at the worst possible time. First, I had accidentally deleted all of the walls in my model about 10 minutes prior and didn’t notice, so I was trying to hit “undo” a bunch of times until the walls reappeared. And also, I had spent a long time working on something and hit “cut” so that it was copied to my clipboard… and then Sketchup crashed. So I’m terribly worried that I’ve lost all the work I’ve done this week on those walls, and also have lost what was on my clipboard.
To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to log back in for an hour, but I keep getting the “We are experiencing technical difficulties. This device is not authorized.” error message. When I click to add a license, it says my license is active, but no matter how many times I’ve tried to log out and log in on the Trimble website, it’s the same message. I also tried restarting my computer and nothing. So I can’t even see if all of my work has been lost or not.
I was supposed to send renderings to the client today. Please help?
Thanks,
Kristi
