Every time i try to open my sketchup 2024 it crash, i have to unistall every thing, then re-install , works for a while then, this is happening again. I bought a few plugins lately, could it be that ? ---

Please put Windows 11 in your forum profile. As for the issue you are having, please try the following. Find the downloaded installer for SketchUp 2024. Right click on it. Choose Run as administrator. When prompted, choose Repair. Next, go to the nVidia site and get their latest version of their drivers for your graphics card. Install them. After that’s done, do a cold reboot of your computer. That is, shut the computer down completely. Wait for a couple of minutes and restart it. Open SketchUp and see if the behavior improves. If not, are you getting Bug Splats and are you sending them in with your name and email address attached? ---

Thanks, my graphic driver are updates , i did a repair a few time to see if it was working, but not. i didn’t install as admistrator but this time i will. Give me a few minutes and i come back to you to tell you if its working or not. ---

Its working again now, But i dont understand, i move all my rbz file to another folder, and they are still install in sketchup. ---

The .rbz files aren’t the extensions. Not sure what this has to do with it.
