Hi, for a few days sketchup has been crashing several - a dozen or so times during work, both on old files created in previous versions and completely new ones. It seems to me that this situation started with the installation of the last update. Removing plugins did not help. What else can I do to quickly get it working again?
@Barry has access to our bugsplat system. I am guessing your bugsplat error number is in the thread title. Maybe when Barry has a moment he can look it up for us and let you know what the issue is for sure.
For now though, make sure your profile is up to date so we have accurate info as we try and diagnose the error. For example, are you still using 2023 Pro?
Yes, there is a bug number in the title (one of many btw)
I updated the sketchup version in the profile description to 2025 - thanks for the reminder.
I changed the version to 2024 so I could work on the project today and I don’t have the problems I described in the post above.
The crash was related to Trimble Creator-related material. Do you have a file you can share with engineering to take a look at it, or describe how you created this?
b
of course, but that was every file I tried to work on
KUCHNIA K1.skp (13.3 MB)
Hi, do you have any new information about the cause of the error or how to fix it?
