Hello,
After a user feedback I notice that the SketchUp Compatibility stays empty on Extension Warehouse extension page even if the field has selected versions (2017 → 2026) in the admin panel.
Is this a desired behavior ?

Hello,

Regards,
I’m not sure if it was always like this, but the search engine isn’t ideal either.
I mean:
if you search “open”, you will get ~20 hits (including OpenCutList)
if you search “opencut”, or “OpenCut” no hit:
I don’t really understand the logic… ![]()
The word “open” exists in the description. But “opencut” not ![]()
The search engine does not appear to search for portions of the extension name.
Thanks, I understand now, but it still doesn’t make sense for me…nor when and why the autocomplete disappeared.
Sorry, for the little off topic, I was just reporting what happened when I wanted to see if I was missing or not that list, what you reported. ![]()
yeah, and because of that, any extension install prompts the scary warning message about compatibility.
I’ve had a couple messages from recent trainees asking if an extension we used in class was safe to use, I see the reason now.
Hmm, I just deselected “SketchUp 2026” from the list and all the others reappeared ![]()
Maybe SU 2026 was released to early … ![]()
So, @CraigTrickett,@colin, @ene_su , do you know if this issue is known by SketchUp ExtensionWarehouse team ? Because it is currently impossible to mark our extensions as compatible with 2026…
@ene_su has mentioned it internally, but it’s still early here, no reply yet.
Ok, thank you!
Apologies for the slight delay. We had the Trimble Dimensions conference last week.
I have checked with our Extension Warehouse team and this should be resolved as of last Friday.
Thank you for this feedback Craig!
