Hi Colin, i opened a ticket but the answer was that i cannot remove the license and reactivate it myself. The need to release the licenses for me… and i can only reactivate once.
Is that really how things are going to be handled by Trimble? This seems to me like a very bad way to go, totally unfair to the investment i made with a perpetual license! And also, i guess is totally anti-consumer!
Can you please explain this situation?
There was a problem in the license server. It seems to be fixed now, and removing licenses is working in 2019 (and later).
