I’ve tried many ways of doing it, but whenever I save the file, it erase some lines and if I try to undo it, it completely ruins the file.

Which edges are being deleted? There are issues with the scaling of the objects in your model. The geometry is located at a great distance from the model origin relative to its size and there’s weird component axes when the component is open for editing.
Do you have SketchUp set up to automatically fix problems? Are you using a cr acked version of SketchUp 2021?
Thank you for the fast answer, the problem was fixed when I expl ded the groups, these were the edges that were being deleted
