SketchUp 2025 won't start, 3DW and Extensions only works with VPN– Need Help

Hi!
SketchUp 2025 won’t open on my system. I’ve tried several steps already:

  • Cleared cookies and cache in Chrome
  • Reinstalled SketchUp 2025
  • Turned off Windows Defender Firewall
  • Allowed SketchUp and Google Chrome through the firewall
  • Tried running SketchUp as Administrator
  • Restarted Windows

Here’s what works:

  • SketchUp 2024 works fine
  • LayOut 2024 and 2025 both work
  • 3D Warehouse only works if I use a VPN (or a different browser like Edge)

These issues have happened for a while, but SketchUp 2025 simply refuses to open today.
Any ideas on what might be causing this?

I had this problem a couple months ago, the problem was the migrate extensions plugin, I could open sketchup 2025 after some tries and uninstalled it.

I deleted the su_extension_migrator folder and the su_extension_migrator.rb archive from
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2025\SketchUp\Plugins
No change.
