I just had a crash with 2025 when I double clicked into a group to edit it. When I restarted the program, all of my customized keyboard shortcuts had been reset to default. This is the second time this has happened with 2025 that I can remember.
Ive had the same problem with Layout '25 only, on my 2020 mac. I just read on another thread that 3d connexion could be related- uninstalling 3-d then reinstalling SU25 as the solution.
I don’t have that installed on my system so I don’t think that would be the cause of my issue.
I opened sketchup again this morning to work on a project and all of my shortcuts have been reset. This time there was no crash involved. Going to submit a bug report to see if I can get any answers.
