We recently upgraded our computers to Sketchup 2025 from 2024. So far it’s ok for the most part but one issue that a user is runing into in 2025 (working ok in 2024) is that some items don’t display correctly.
Both 2025 and 2024 screenshots are attached.
Graphics card driver is up to date with clean install, Bios up to date, etc, etc.
I’m not a Sketchup expert to be honest (just the IT director so graphic design is not my speciality).

Looks like you’re missing some screenshots. We did just also release 2026 yesterday. It might be worth trying that as well. Could you also provide some info on the system specs?
