# Sketchup 2024 would not open at all

I really need help with this one. Sketchup 2024 would not open at all. keeps crashing at start up just like on video. any sugestions ? thank you

You can try to disable all your extension by renaming the folder `Plugins` to for example `Plugins-old`  
This folder is located here:  
`c:\Users\pupok\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2024\SketchUp\`

When you next time start SU, the Plugins folder will be automatically recreated containing the shipped Extensions only.

hmm must be some extension that caused the crashing than.  
thanks @dezmo
