Hello, I’ve been using SU for the past six months without any issues. Yesterday while working on my project, suddenly 3dwarehouse stopped working. Each time I pressed the download button, it popped a window with the Alert window (an error occurred while connecting to 3dwarehouse). I tried everything that was suggested here, even deleting SU2024 and reinstalling the newer version SU2025. Nothing works and I’m just frustrated as I’m not able to continue working.

I’m working on Mac mini 2025, cleaned the cache, updated everything etc.

Please advise.

the 3d warehouse is down in some part of the world since a few hours now.

many people have the same issue.

I have this issue since yesterday (almost 18 hours since it started). I hope this is the issue because nothing helped.
