I am having SketchUP 2018 Pro. I had installed it as “run as administrator” which I have done correctly. I am a single user and I am the Administrator. And I do not have multiple user profiles.
When I check for updates through the HELP menu, I get a message box saying “Your update service has been disabled. Please contact your administrator for more information”. How do I solve this ? I have attached screen shot of the dialog box. Thanks in advance
