Sketchup 2018 freezes on Windows 10 machine

Hi,

I am using a Windows 10 machine and I am new to Sketchup 2018 (Trial version). I am now following the online tutorials, Part 2 to be exact. Unfortunately the program just freezes and I am not able to do anything. Anything that I can fix maybe on my machine?

This could be related to your graphics, especially if they are Intel Integrated HD. They aren’t stated in your forum profile. Could you please fill them in?

To find hardware info you can try>Windows start>right click>device manager>display adaptors
