Funny thing, and I know this is probably not related, but using SketchUp 2017 on my Mac computer will not allow me to open it on my iPhone with the latest version app. I had to go back to sketch up 2016 to be able to also view it on my iPhone.
That issue should have been fixed in an update we published a few weeks back. Please check to see if there’s an update to the Mobile Viewer app available for you in the App Store.
That said, if you’re still seeing the issue in the latest version of the Viewer app please let us know.
I have version 3.1.1. Build 173.
Do you think that’s the latest?
Just an update to my question. I looked on the App Store and I see that version 3.1 added 2017 support. And I have 3.1.1 so I’ll give it a try. Thanks for pointing that out!
