When I send my model to layout the clarity and graphics become very poor and I have little control over placing dimensions, notes. Curser becomes jerky. This just started. Running a Radeon rx580 card. Does not make any difference whether I send to layout or import from Sketchup.

Changed the setting to vector, everything looks good. Thanks

Keep in mind LO you have global controlling setting that control visibility control on screen and output (PDF / printing). Be sure to have these set up the way you would like them, keeping in mind a too high a setting on the screen display quality will slow down your LO experience.
