We are having consistent issues with Sketchup education. Machine specs vary as over different devices, but 7 GB RAM on Windows 11 GCPW 11th gen processor. and Intel Iris Xe GPU. It wont fully login. popups are enabled and log in with google window appears. The logo normally pops up then just wont load the next screen. There is no apparent pattern to who is effected and it is delaying class time for the students. Ticket number: 10822533
Hi there @bprince ! thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp for Schools. TO start off, I’ll go ahead and move this thread to the right section and then we can get on to solving the issue.
If you can access it on a computer in any way, that means that it is not a firewall issue so we can rule those out right away. If it is as you describe and it is only affecting some students, that points to one of several issues. We can start off by making sure that students have not disabled popups and/or cookies on an account level. Sometimes these get changed by mistake by the students.
Can you let me know what browser you are using so I can provide instructions on how to check it for that particular browser? Once we rule out this we can start digging into it a bit deeper.
