However, some ideas…
It uses a Webdialog to open its connection to its server and then download DCs etc.
That dialog in turn needs Internet Explorer to run properly - and it also needs to be the latest version [v11?]
Also your Internet Options must allow javascripts etc to run unhindered…
Some PC users think that because they don’t use IE for general browsing they can uninstall/disable it - however, SketchUp needs it for many of its dialogs etc…
