I am an interior design student.
Is there an application for my Android tablet that I can use to create initial 3D sketches which can later be exported to the desktop version of SketchUp for further work?
I hope it’s free too 
Or can I connect the sketchup license that I have on my desktop version to the web version of Sketchup?

There isn’t a SketchUp for Android version.
What version of SketchUp are you actually using? Your forum profile shows SketchUp for Schools 2022. SketchUp for Schools is a web based version for young school aged children. It is not for Interior Design students. Are you using a cracked version of SketchUp 2022?
With a SketchUp Pro or Studio subscription you get not only the desktop version of SketchUp but also SketchUp Go which includes a web based version and SketchUp for iPad. The current version of SketchUp for Desktop would be 2024.
