im using sketchup on my mac and the shortcuts that i’ve configure is not always working. what should i do? ---

Hi, Just as a cautionary reminder… If you have a set of keyboard shortcut which you really like, then it’s worth making a note on what those are, so that any lost shortcuts can be easily re-entered after you reset things. I’m guessing that you’ve already seen and tried the ‘Reset All’ button within the preferences shortcuts settings… and that hasn’t been working? If so, then as a second step you might try deleting the ‘ **Shortcuts.plist** ’ file. which is located at… Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2017/SketchUp SketchUp will create a new one after restart and fresh kb shortcuts have been assigned. * * * Moving forward, I believe that the Shortcuts.plist file can itself be copied (as a backup file), and pasted into other versions of SketchUp as a means of kb shortcut migration (…between versions that is). For what it’s worth. ---
