After having had the privilege of having Sketchup for free for some year I finally succumbed and paid to get “Shop”. As far as I can see Shop is not only much more restricted than my previous Free version but it is far too involved with registrations, passwords, access and whatever you’d like to think of. I think it is a rip off designed to make you want to go the Sketchup Pro. So far I am disappointed and am sorry to have subscribed.
What’s more restricted about it? Be specific.
If you regret subscribing why don’t you just contact customer service and request a refund?

He might be comparing it to Make, and also having some issues with staying logged in or remembering a password.
