Good afternoon,

I just installed Sketchup for Schools and whenever I press left or right shift, the shortcut for Shift-W (Zoom Window) automatically opens. This means that I cannot type in inches (") into the measurement box, because I have to hit Shift to press the quotation marks symbol.

Thank you,
M. P.

What browser are you using? I don’t see this in Chrome.

FWIW, you don’t need to be typing the " to get inches anyway. Well, unless you are using metric as the default units.
