Shapes not filling in random parts of model - help

I’m creating a beveled base for a fireplace and I’m not having issues creating geometries in parts of the model, but it’s not filling in a few specific spots. Any ideas? Picture below -

How did you create it?

I’m guessing some things are out of plane or your lines are off axis. Do you have length snapping turned on? If so, turn it off.

I would model this using follow me. Or if the center section is to be a surface I would draw my rectangular shape, push pull, use offset, select the inner top face and move it vertically (lock to blue axis) and SKP will create the bevels for you.

As we always say, if you can share the skp file here we can examine it and give you a more assured answer.

The Z-values for each of the three points along the top and the three along the bottom ought to be the same. They aren’t and the loops of edges are not in a single plane.

How did you create this? If I were doing it, I would drawn the cross section profile and use Follow Me around the preimeter of the “floor”.

Your edges are not on axis, so things get skewed and weird… and surfaces don’t like to close. You can set the edges to be colored by axis:

This is an easier way:
