Sending a dxf from layout to cad drawing in windows

Hi There, we have just purchased a waterjet with flowpath programing and when i send a dxf file from layout nothing shows up in flow path, any suggestions?

Only a guess without seeing your LayOut file: You need to render the viewport as Vector so there is vector linework to export in the .dxf.

Thanks Dave, sorry not the most savy cad person, how would i do that?

Select the viewport in LayOut and go to the SketchUp Model panel. change from Raster rendering to Vector.
