I had this problem previously then it went away. Up to 11/14/2017 everything was good. Latest update now I’m back
to having the same problem.

There are numerous threads already on this topic. And several different remedies. Have a look at those threads.
Make sure your nVidia graphics card is set up to run SketchUp. Automatic updates often reset the Intel graphics as the default.

Ok, so the problem is fixed! It turns out that the default graphics card that was selected was the Intel one. So I opened up
the Nvidia control panel and selected the correct card.
