Select particular objects

Hi,

Is there a command that can be used to select a particular object?

You can triple click to select the whole object (if nothing else is connected with it). That should select that particular object.

You can also right click on an object when everything is selected, and right click on it to turn it into a group. A group will get treated as one object and if you want to edit it you can double click on it and that will turn on edit mode just for that object.

You can also drag a marquee around the object to select it.

your question is a bit open ended or can be interpreted a few different ways.

but, you can use the outliner to select individual objects if they are grouped or a component.
