Sefaira Support request form isn't going through

Hi,

My office has a professional subscription for Sefaira. I couldn’t get a single analysis done in 2 days. When I try contacting Sefaira via the Contact Support page online, the request never gets through. I tried on 3 different broswers. Can someone at Sefaira contact me at spaulinlanglois@lemay.com so I can explain what my problem is and send out my model?

I would like to go through the model and make sure everything is modeled in accordance to the guidelines and check if there is anything else that might be preventing the analysis from completing.
