I recently reached out to support regarding a challenge we’re facing with the SketchUp application, and they suggested I consult the community for insights.
As the Google Admin for our organization, I have granted domain-level access to SketchUp. While some users can effortlessly access and launch SketchUp from the waffle menu, others encounter difficulties. Despite enabling pop-ups, there’s a persistent log-in loop that some cannot bypass.
If anyone has faced a similar issue or has any recommendations, your advice would be greatly appreciated.
