Looking for a SketchUp / LayOut collaborator — Westchester & Fairfield County (or Danbury/Waterbury area)

I’m an architect and construction manager running a design-build practice (investinyourhome.org), based in the Stamford, CT area. I’m looking for a part-time or freelance collaborator to help with SketchUp modeling and LayOut documentation on residential remodel and construction projects.

What I’m looking for:

  • Strong SketchUp skills (modeling from plans/measurements)
  • Comfortable producing construction documents in LayOut
  • Based in or near Westchester/Fairfield County, or the Danbury/Waterbury area
  • Open to ongoing, project-based collaboration

Hi Alain, are you still looking for remote help? I am based in Seoul and have one year of drafting work experience (2022–2023). Would you consider a narrowly scoped paid trial involving edits to an existing SketchUp model from your marked-up instructions, with your review?

My current scope is specified model edits and supplementary review views, rather than independently producing a complete construction-document set. I use AI-assisted tools and check dimensions against the supplied source; I would confirm your policy before using them with any project files.

If this could be useful, could you share the intended trial scope, required file/version, deadline and budget? A redacted sample or brief would help establish fit before any commitment. Thank you, Jung-hwan

well not really- ideally yes- but we can work around: i am working in the tristate and in provence-so i need to move around
