Second computer SU 2024 Error

SU Pro annual plan, single user. Ver. 24 on #1 comp, Ver. 21on #2. Error message when attempting to load Ver. 24 on #2. “You have acceded your allowed activations.” “To continue, please sign out of another instance of SU, or use the link below to sign out of all versions you have authorized in the past. Then, click the profile icon above to sign out and try again. No success with these instructions. What am I doing wrong?

you can be logged on two SU at once.

you have su 24 on first machine, SU21 on second, that’s two. you need to log out of something.

Yes. I have tried that.

then you might try deauthorizing everything, then log out / back in.

Unless I am doing it wrong this did not work.

You need to make sure you sign out of the SketchUp instance and close that SketchUp and Layout. If you have SketchUp open, the process will not kick you out of those SketchUps.

I tried it again and it worked. Thank you for the assistance.

That would be a good thing for people like me. I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to figure out this issue. I will admit I am not your typical computer geek, but I build a mean boat. I have an equally difficult time using SU, but even so It has been an invaluable tool for me.
