How do you save individual components in a file with many components in sketchup 2025
My key command and shortcut no longer exist
The command seems to have been changed to Save Out, but there is no way to hotkey those commands
How does one save components in sketchup 2025 without major hassle?
I create files with hundreds of components, having to right click on every single one then go to the right menu item to save is incredibly tedious. Shift S was great, now it doesnt work.
in the component panel, you can save as a local collection. it’ll make a folder with ALL your components in it.
Sure there is but as with any other Context menu command you have to have something selected in the model that would result in it showing up in the Context menu.
Personally I prefer to drag component thumbnails from In Model to the desired collection folder within the Components panel.
