I have just installed SketchUp 2019 and I am struggling to save my workspace with the toolbars set to where I wanted to be. I can save the template but that is not the workspace!!! please help!!!

How di you do it? I’m having the same issue…
The first step is to make sure you installed SketchUp correctly. That is, under your normal Windows log in, right click on the installer file you downloaded. Select Run as administrator. If you didn’t do that or you aren’t sure, quit SketchUp now, find the installer and do it. It will likely present you with some options. Choose Repair.
