I wrote code in component attributes and save the component as skp, and I imported the component in the web version but the code was deleted and not active.
Dynamic Components extension is necessary for that, But:
Currently there is no way to use extensions in a web version.

It is not actual programming code. They are spreadsheet formulae.
The web edition does not delete the attribute dictionaries. As @dezmo said, the web edition cannot run extensions, so the Dynamic Components extension is not running. Any dynamic components will just act as normal non-dynamic components in the web edition.
However, the newer Live Components do work in the web edition because they are implemented with native code and are a web based feature. But they are not yet programmable and their authoring tools have not yet been released.
