Roof volume

Hi all, quick question please.

This is my first planning application with a hip to gable loft conversion and the planners have said the proposal is over the 50m³ PD allowance.

I understand how to calculate the dormer volume, but is there a simple method for calculating the hip to gable added volume?

If you can model that volume in one solid group or component, the Entity info window will let you know the volume.
