The information on my profile is about my personal laptop but the file was created on a different laptop and transferred to mine via email. The other laptop is Acer, Windows 10, Sketchup 2024 was used (I don’t know about the graphics card is though).
I see. So you are using the cracked version on your personal laptop.
And the file you shared is as it was sent to you by email? Perhaps you can get another copy of it from the source computer?
I asked to get another copy but my colleague said she won’t be needing it anymore.
