Resolve a problem

Hi guys.

I am having problem to solve the following design

What exactly is the problem? What are you trying to resolve? Be specific.

I don’t know how to include the “triangle” with the cylinder, and make it a 3d solid

Share your model so we can see what you’ve got. Very likely all you need to do is erase some internal faces.

Thnak’s for your Help,I haven’t spoken English for years

You can see there are lots of internal faces when you turn on Xray. You can’t have any internal faces at all.

From what I see in your model, it is apparent you started out drawing too much before you made the model 3D. Best would be to draw the flange and extrude it to height before outlining the tube on top and pulling that up.

Are there supposed to be three of these gussets?

Yes,Three

OK. From left to right:

Lay out the bottom face of the flange on the circle.
Extrude it to the flange thickness.
Then lay out the circle for the outside of the tube and the bases for the gussets.
Use Push/Pull to extrude the tube and the gussets.
Select the top end edges of the gussets and use Move to move them down to the flange.

At no time in the process is there an internal face not anything else that prevents this from being a solid and 3D printable.
