Resolution on page

When I import my drawing into Layout, all I get is a blocky, black image of the drawing. I can not see any of the custom textures in my SU file. If I try editing the window in 3D view all the textures are fine and the same as my SU drawing. When I click out of there, the image returns the blocky, black image.

I do have the paper rendering resolution set at high.

I would appreciate any advice.

What happens if you set the Display Resolution to Low?

To me it seems like a graphics card driver problem. Have you tried updating that? If you are using a laptop with a Nvidia or AMD graphics card, check too that SketchUp is set to use that instead of the integrated Intel graphics that Windows tends to set as the default.
