Request: add an opacity field for imported bitmaps/images

Feature request:
Add an opacity field from 0-100% for imported images:

Or, alternatively import images automatically into a tag, then add a way to give tag an opacity percentage (and a good way to set things back to default).

Why:
For all sorts of tracing operations.

You can do this if you import as a material./texture
